We look into the reasons behind the Zakaht scandal, where Mosques, organizations and online website's are collecting Zakaht when they are not permitted to do so as clearly specified in the Qur'an.

It is unknown to a majority of Muslims that collection of zakaht is only permissible by those who are defined as the collectors of zakaht in the Qur'an. The Qur'an also defines who collects and distributes the zakaht and these collectors cannot be reinvented. The collectors are the appointed delegates of the TRUE Islamic state, its head of state being the Khaleefah and his appointed delegates. The collected zakaht is held in the batl mal (TRUE Islamic bank) and is distributed by the Khaleefah's delegates to the eight clearly defined receivers of the zakaht in the Qur'an. It should be noted that so far we have not mentioned any direct references to the Qur'an, read on and you will be given undeniable proof.

Mosques cover-up
We sent a brother to a mosque in East London and another to North London to find out what the mosques view were on collecting Zakaht. We were not surprised to find that both mosques had labled box's with the words "Zakaht" on them and as such where acting as collectors. When our appointed brothers enquired, what they were doing was unauthorized, both high ranking members of the mosque became confrontational over the meer suggestion. When asked for evidences, they had none, one did say, "Who else will collect it"? It seems that collection of zakaht in many cases finds its way to family members of the mosque comity overseas, and this selective distribution to the poor, sometimes for political reasons is their answer to the growing problem of who collects and distributes the zakaht?. It is another indication that muslims are trying to fit Islamic principles into an un-islamic world outlook, this must stop!

Charitable organisations are part of the global problem
You may think that you are helping others by giving your Zakaht and Sadqah to organisations that provide a little food or drinking water to the poor. But you are in fact helping the master beat the slave further. Lets explain this concept in another way. The Muslim countries have illegitimate governments and these governments oppress the muslims in many ways, whether it be social, economic or through political means. By sending monies to charitable organisations, this inefect helps these governments and provides them much needed relief. You wouldn't want to send money to aid the oppressor? Would you? You may question - "What about the people who need it?". They do indeed need financial support ,but you as a Muslim are not permitted to give your zakaht to false collectors such as charitable organisations or mosques. You are obliged and it is FARD for every adult muslim to calculate their zakaht and provide the zakaht to the eight people defined in the Qur'an as receivers. The Importance of calculating the correct Zakaht?
A student who has very limited income, may after claculation pay a Zakaht amount of less than 20p, yes twenty pence! Don't be surprised. Zakaht is not a tax, it is an obligation for those who have an income and it must be calculated correctly. Lets consider a Muslim cannot just say, "I am sending £2,000 Zakaht", this is very wrong and brings about competition on one hand and corruption on the other. In fact this person did not give Zakaht at all, he did not calculatie the correct amount of Zakaht making the money a Sadqah amount and the Zakaht is still owing on the neck of the Muslim for non-payment. So why boast, why not claculate the correct amount and please Allah(swt). Calculate the Zakaht and receive not only rewards for the effort but also for setting an example that Muslims can follow, that which Allah(swt) has prescribed to Muhammad(saaw). It is very easy to calculate the Zakaht amount and can be done by downloading the Zakaht Calculator spreadsheet. [Zakaht Calculator].

Example 1: a Wealthy man who owns a manson, has ten employees working for him, has three major projects that involve large sums of his own money is required to include in his liabilities all costs that allow him to run his household, pay wages and all expenditures for the year. This amount is taken away from his NET income and what's left is where 2.5% of Zakaht payable. Gold and precious metals, including gifts are exempt from Zakaht. Also, any charitable payments are considered expenditures and must be deducted from the calculations. A £1m income may need £800,000 expenditure to run leaving £200,000 of which 2.5% equals £5000 to pay as Zakaht. Remember that this example is for a wealthy individual and further deduction would be in order if we were to take into account the money he gives to his children and spouse. The next example is a better one for those with an average income:

Example 2: a family man who earns £40,000 a year, has a mortgage on his house of £200,000 and has total expenditure of £31,000 (mortgage payments, council tax, fuel costs, transportation cost for children, food and clothing costs, etc.) after deductions he is left with £9,000. Now, 2,5% of £9,000 comes to £255, but consider this, if his expenditure includes a £2,500 bill for renovations to his home or the purchase of a car this will leave £6,500. Now, 2.5% of £6,500 becomes £162.50 Zakaht payable. Lets consider further, he puts away as a gift for his Son or Daughters medical school fees at £2000 a year. Now, 2.5% of £4,500 becomes £112.50. This amount you pay and you know it has been calculated and is correct. Every individuals circumstances are different so you cannot do direct comparisons, nor are you allowed to do this in public. Always be mindful that you as an individual are not bank rolling the Muslim Ummah, this is the function of the World Islamic Government (the main collector of mineral wealth and Zakaht resources). The next question is could you be paying too much Zakaht?

Are you paying too much Zakaht?
Look at the table below, if you pay the Zakaht equivalent to 2.5%, then the amount of money that was in your possession for the whole lunar year is shown in the next column. If you received 20K in month 11 then only include £1,666,66p as this is the amount that should be included, the remaining £18,333.34 will need to added next year, if your account is in the positive (i.e out of debt).

If you are paying say £400, then you must be in receipt of £15,500 in you bank and this money should not be off-setting your mortgage and should have been in your account for a period of 12 months. If not divide by 12 and multiply by the number of months it has been in your account. What this table shows is how stupidly Muslims tend to pay Zakaht blindly, not calculating it, not taking into account their circumstances as this is a requirement for calculating 2.5%, making the whole process a joke by competing against one another by publicly announcing a large figure. Zakaht is a collective process, not an individual one attribited to the few.

Example 3: A Muslima gives £400 as Zakaht, she feels this is a good representation since she is sending this money to her family who are poor. Firstly, the zakaht has not been calculated correctly and thus becomes Sadqah, she still owes the zakaht for that year, secondly she does not have £16,000 sitting in her bank as this is off-setting her mortgage (debt) and finally why is this Muslima bank rolling a country overseas, even if it is to end up within her family? Wouldn't you like to question? Who is distributing £28 billion of Zakaht overseas? At present all methods of distribution par one are illegal from Islamic jurispudance point of view. The exception is that in the abscence of the Khaleef, you become the individual Khaleef and can distribute the Zakaht yourself to those needing it as specified in the Qur'an (see spreadsheet). The problem this creates is that the Zakhat collected is being distributed unfairly and is not getting to the Muslims and non-muslims who need it most. So in-efect this process is flawed and is not meeting the objectives of Zakaht worldwide. If the Zakaht were distributed as it is intended through the leadership of the Khaleefah (i.e the Islamic World Government), poverty would be wiped out globally.

Don't presume, or carryout a guesstimate as doing so makes the Zakaht a Sadqah amount. This will mean that you are still accountable for the unpaid Zakaht and this will remain as a burden on your shoulder. This may accumulate into next years spreadsheet.

Also, do remember that any money that is being used to off-set a debt like a mortgage is a liability and as such should be included in your Zakaht calculation. Mortgage payments can be included as a liability against yearly income (see spreadsheet). The current price of a gram of gold is £11.60 (06/10/07), and that Nisab is equal to 85 grams of gold = £11.60 x 85 = £ 986.00. This means that if income - liabilities for each individual is less than this figure no Zakaht is payable.

One final point, by collectively sending the correct amount of Zakaht however small it may be individually (students pay 20p) the collective amounts gathered will equal £28 billion and this is enough to make the Bank of England jealous!

The next question is who do you give the Zakaht too?

Who are eligible for Zakaht?
Allah (SWT) restricted those who are eligible for Al-Zakat to eight types of Muslim. Allah (SWT) says:

" The only Muslims who are eligible for Al-Zakat are: Al-Fuqaraa poor Muslims, Al-Masakeen needy Muslims, Al-‘Aamileen A’liyha those genuine Collectors and distributors of the funds, Al-Mu’alafati Qolubouhum new Muslims, Fil-Riqaab Slave Muslims who wish to free themselves, Al-Gharimeen Muslims who have lawful debts and/or bloodmoney to pay, Fi-Sabeelillah Muslims fighters i.e. Al-Mujahideen and Ibn Al-Sabeel the wayward Muslim travelers and this is an Obligation from Allah for He is Al-A’leem Al-Hakeem" [EMQ 9:60].

The verse is clear as to who we are obliged to pay Zakat. The False Aamileen A’liyha, the so-called collectors from charitable organisations such as Muslim Aid and Islamic Relief, are not included in the above verse nor are they Al-'Aamileen A’liyha i.e. those appointed by Al- Khalifah to collect and distribute Al-Zakat.

The Fuqaha (jurists) from the various Islamic schools of thought e.g. Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’e, Hanbali, Zaahiri, Hadawi and Ja’fari etc. agree that collecting and distributing Al-Zakat is the responsibility of the leader of the Islamic state alone and on those he appoints. We quote the following among them:

Imam Al-Sarkhasi Al-Hanafi in his book Al-Mabsout volume 2 page 162
says: “Al-Zakat is a divine right of Allah (SWT) and is to be collected and distributed by Al-Khalifah or his deputies(only) and whoever pays his Zakat to anyone else, as a collector of Zakat not appointed by the Khalifah, will not remove the burden of paying Zakat from his neck.”

Imam Al-Maliki in his book Al-Muwatta’ at page 225
says: “The Khalifah alone is to distribute the Zakat in accordance with his own Ijtihad ... and It is not allowed for the collector of Al-Zakat to get any share from Al-Zakat except what the Khalifah has specified for him.”

Imam Al-Shafi’e in his book Al-Umm in volume 2 at page 84
says: “Al- 'Aamileen A’liyha are those appointed by Al-Khalifah to collect and to distribute Al-Zakat.”

Imam Ahmad in the book of As-Sharih Al-Rabbani Li-Musnad Ahmad in volume 8 at page 190 says: “The Khalifah alone has the authority and responsibility to collect and to distribute Zakat whether by himself or through those he appoints and has the authority and responsibility to fight those who reject to pay it.”

Imam Ibn Hazim in his book Al-Muhalla in volume 5 at page 268
says:“ Al-Mussaddiq is the one appointed by Al-Khalifah to collect Al-Sadaqaat” he added in the same book in volume 6 at page 44 : “Al-‘Aamil is the collector of Al-Zakat and his situation can be one of two: either a) he is appointed by Al- Khalifah or his deputy who we are obliged to obey or b) he is sent to us by one who we are not obliged to obey . If the collector has been appointed by anyone different than the Khalifah or his deputy we are not obliged to obey him nor are we allowed to pay him our Zakat for Allah (SWT) and his Messenger did not permit others to collect Al-Zakat, nor we are allowed to hand it to them and whoever pays them any money he/she is sinful and does not remove the burden from his/her neck and must pay Al-Zakat again. Those who pay Al-Zakat to a false collector i.e. one not appointed by Al-Khalifah, are aggressors, commit an act of aggression and a prohibited deed because the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) said: “Any deed not based on our command is prohibited”.

Imam Al-Nawawi in his book Al-Majmou’ in volume 6 at page 167
says:“ It is Obligatory upon the Khalifah to appoint and to send the collectors of Al- Zakat because the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) and the Khaleefs after him used to do so. This matter is well known and confirms what has been reported by Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim upon the authority of Abou Hurairah that" The Messenger Muhammad (SAW) appointed Omar Bin Al-Khattab to collect Al-Zakat". Moreover it has been reported by Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim upon the authority of Sahel Bin Sa’ed that "The Messenger Muhammad (SAW) appointed Ibn Al-Litbiyah to collect Al-Zakat.”.

Imam Ibn Qudama Al-Hanbali in his book Al-Mughni volume 2 page 446
says: “Al-Zakat is a delegatable duty and the Khalifah has the right to fight for it and whoever pays his Zakat to anyone else, as a collector of Zakat not appointed by the Khalifah, will not remove the burden of paying Zakat from his neck.”

Imam Al-Sana’ni in his book Subul Al-Salam volume 2 page 634
says:“ What we mean by the income of the collectors is what is allocated from Al-Zakat by the Khalifah to those he has appointed.”

Imam Al-Hadawi in his book Uyoun Al-Azhaar fi Fiqh Al-Aimmah Al- Atthaar at page 137 says: “The responsibility of the collection of Zakat is a duty upon Al-Imam externally and internally and whoever pays it to anyone else will not remove the burden from his neck, even if he is ignorant, because it is a matter known by necessity.”

Imam Al-Kohajie in his book Zaad Al-Muhtaaj volume 1 page 494
says:“ The Khaleefs after the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) used to appoint the collectors of Zakat. Moreover it is better if a person himself pays his Zakat to the Khalifah directly.”

Imam Ibn A’bideen Al-Hanafi in his book Al-Hashiyyah volume 2 page 3
says: “Al-Zakat will be collected by the collector who Al-Khalifah appoints even if it has to be collected by force because Al-Khalifah or his ‘Aamil are those acting as delegatees Al-Wakeel for any Muslim who is liable to pay Zakat.”

Finial words for those who understand?
It is obligatory for every Muslim who is eligible to pay Zakaht do so as is required by Al-Islam. By calculating the Zakaht using the ITG Calculator Spreadsheet you will gain Multiple rewards. Inform others about the correct way of calculating their Zakaht and Allah(swt) will endower you with pyramid rewards that you will collect all your life! (in accordance Allah(SWT) methods of reward acquisition).

His record is just as horrifying, it is alleged that he has committed countless murders in order to archive his ultimate goal, to become what the President is today. Being power hunger, the Muslims living in Pakistan must not forget that he too has been convicted of fraud, stripped off his business and has warrants against him if he were to return to Pakistan.

Now the real story that Muslims should heed.?
Both these tyrants are and always will be subjects of the British Queen. They will always ally themselves and take guidance and orders from the British establishment. They are puppets to the western design and will sell out the Muslims in Pakistan. Instead of stability, they will cause havoc with its neighbor India and undervalue Afghani satan as a strategic outpost. America and the United nations need quick results in Iraq
The American and British contingence's in Iraq are not interested in the betterment of the Iraqi citizen. Nor are the occupying forces interested in the education and welfare of 5year old Muslims whether shia or Sunni. They are in Iraq to divide and rule. The plan is to design a sectarian civil war, in which the Americans and British will provide a solution to stop the killings, killings that they had perpetrated in the first place.

The British chancellor reportedly said to journalists that the British public is tolerant and are not racist, making no differentiation toward cultural differences. Lets consider Muslims who have lived all their lives in Britain, brought up sampling British Culture. The exception to this rule are Muslims born in the UK who had migrated aboard and lived most of their adult life abroad. Muslims living in Britain are not British Muslims (misnomer term) or have foreign cultural backgrounds? Muslims living in Britain are culturally connected to Britain and live under Islamic Laws. Islamic laws are provided by Allah(swt) in the Qur'an and the Sunnah, referring to Shairah for Islamic law and not English law or any other man-made law. Muslims in Britain are trapped in Britain, that is until a worldwide Islamic Government is in place.

(Muslims are simply not permitted to accept any other laws under the injunctions of being Muslims according to Islam. Islam is not a person, or a country, it is a political system that encompass an educational, Judicial, Economic, Sociopolitical system. How can non-muslims or Muslims for that matter speak about Islam as just a mere religion? Religions such as Christianity and Judaism do not have necessary components to run a civil state with reference to their reveled divine books. Islam does, and this makes Islam unique and very powerful when implemented correctly.)

Sweeping Racism under the carpet is the answer?
The leader of the opposition party (Conservatives) when asked about his view concerning the racist conduct and blatant bullying, hid behind a veil of no interest, and advised Muslims and Asians to just simply switch off the television. Such an action is that of sweeping under the carpet a known inherent social problem. Mr Cameroon simply does not understand that by switching off the TV, does not stop the racism? (BBCNews24 Wed17/01/07)?

Lets look a little deeper. Is it all about the show, the contestants? Maybe we are looking at something that was always there but never challenged? With the police force and army regarded as institutionally racist, we understand that a core element of British culture includes an element of National Racism. Perhaps, British Culture being nationalistic despises other competing nations, could this be where the problem lies? The fault being squarely at British Culture. But how do we change the harts and minds of the British public. This is a problem for the government of britain. Simply waving a magic wand and having the british public wake up to a new way of thinking is not going to happen overnight. The problem exists within Nationalism and this is the root problem. Since British culture has failed to deliver an answer to this racist element within society, the government just tolerate it! The answer to this is simple, if only people understood the need for new change.

A posh girl from chelsea (Peaches Geldof) visits Morocco trying to learn about Islam. The programme content is poor, with a propaganda outlook paints a morbid picture unrepresentative of Islam. We put the record straight.

A girl who's already made her mind up!
A pointless exercise:- Choose a girl who is secular, dislikes religion, armed with quotes from materialists about the creation of life, life sciences and place her in an environment she is not accustomed too. This all sounds like a well scripted propaganda documentary about a girl who has already made her mind up?

The title is meant to mislead, the program does nothing to aid a non-muslim to understand the true essence of Islam. It being scripted to put-off any notion of anything meaningfully good, only draw the audiences attention to the bad. Lets walk through the programme and fill the gaps so to speak:

Girl asks questions and receives all the wrong answers (inc. comments, and remarks):

Q1. Morocco is a Muslim country with 88% Sunni muslims.
A1: Morocco is run by a kingship which is Haram in Islam and the state does not represent an Islamic system or anywhere near an Islamic World Government. The royal family (King MOHAMED VI) were installed/planted by the French colonialist and the Government is indirectly controlled by France. The country is run by a secular government that opposes Islamic values as explained by the Muslim girl who was not permitted to wear her hijab while on school campus (ref: Franch opposition to Hijab).

Q2: Why do Muslims women were Hijab or Borcha?
A2: The answer provided by the Muslim girl was wrong, it is no for protection. In fact, the Qur'an authorized the Hijab and covering of the head to the Prophets wives, thus it becomes Sunnah (recommended) giving reward to those who apply. Another important point is that Allah(swt) in the Qur'an does not give any reason for it, it is a directed command and so it was not correct for the Muslim girl to state that it is a reason soley for protection. Peach was happy that she made that slip-up and further showed the flawlessness of this reasoning by walking the streets and bazaars only to be haggled by some men folk while she was wearing a Hijab.The muslim girl was right to point out that the Hijab demands respect, after all the wearer is following the sunnah of the Prophet(saaw). Not much can be said about the men encountered while they walked the bazaars.

Q3: Do you need to change clothes while visiting a Muslim country?
       What is the dress code for getting into paradise?
A3: The Muslim girl highlights the importance of being dressed appropriately for the occasion. Wearing skimpy clothes would be against the Islamic dress code. Peach was to integrate into Muslim society, however she was reluctant to do so at all attempts, wanting to impose her own way of life instead. Was this the real reason for the programme, to confuse the non-muslims and moderate Muslims watching the programme when it is aired back home?

It is not absolutly necessary for Peach to wear an Islamic dress, acceptable english clothes could have been worn that were just not revealing. Her inability to contain herself at times was a sign like that of binge drinking syndrome and was at times a cause for concern, placed in any society even here in the UK!

A further point to note is that when Peach shows off here reviling clothes, the Muslim girl fails to mention that in private the Peach could wear whatever she wanted.However, in public such clothes were inappropriate.

Q4: The word "Marks" is interchageably used to replace the word "Rewards", is that correct?
A4: What ever a Muslim does is act of worship. For every act of worship their is reward. How much reward is decided by Allah(swt) and one act could be equivalent to performing Hajj! A Muslim runs to attain rewards as this will help them in the life they lead as well as in the afterlife. The emphasis is on gaining reward and not be disobedient against Allah(swt). It was incorrect for the Muslim girl to attribute obtaining rewards as a means to enter paradise? After all what is paradise? The western view of paradise is clouds, sainthood and always doing good deeds! This is certainly not paradise according to the Qur'an.

Q5: Why is a 35 year old man marrying a 18 year old woman without love? Is that right?
A5: Most arranged marriages work out well. The conflict arises when local customs interfere with Islamic views regarding marriage. When conflict arises the custom is rejected for the Islamic view. Islam gives power to the parent or guardian only when the bride is unable to decide for herself. This in no way means that since a woman marries young she is unaware of the significance of marriage. She has the islamic right to reject the suitor at any stage. She is not placed under duress, however if she was under duress then the Islamic marriage is void and the guardians would be blamed giving rise to civil disobedience. But thankfully their are safeguards and these are incorporated into the Marriage contract known as the Nikah. Muslim parents who belive that they have an ultimate overriding position regarding the suitor of their daughter are clearly mistaken and will anger Allah(swt) by marrying their daughter against her wishes.The youngest age to marry a girl is 12, and the consensus is to give the girl a good education before finding a suitable suitor or for her.

Age is not a stumbling block, however an old man aged 80 would be inappropriate for marriage to a woman in her late teens or twenties for obvious reasons.

Q6: How many times is the prayer preformed and haw many rakahs?
A6: Five times a day at appropriate times. The dawn prayer known as Fajir is preformed just before sunrise and has a dual function to awaken the mind for the start of the day. The minimum number of rakahs that need to be preformed is four or to put anotheer way to complete the Fard prayer can take roughly four minutes to complete! It was incorrect for Peach to suggest 140 rakahas!

Q7: Submission is scary? As Muslims you must attend the mosque at every prayer times.
A7: Each prayer lasts 10 minutes at the mosque, out of the total time that a muslim has during the day you submit less than 50 minutes of time to the creator who created you, fashioned you, gave you eyes to see, ears to hear and a mind to think. It does not sound like a lot of your time. These intermissions while you pray, away from your hectic lifestyle allows a muslims to reflect upon and be at peace with themselves, freshen up their minds and think a new. It is not necessary for a muslim to be present at the mosque at every azaan, however congregation is preferable, muslims can do their fard prayers anywhere so long as it is permissible to do so and that your not in any danger. The rewards are greater at the mosque in congregation and so it is more beneficial. It is not a punishable offence for not attending the Fard prayer since you may have a ligitimate reason, you could do the fard prayer before and uptill the time for it is to end.. Forcing muslims into mosques is not permissible. A muslim that forgets completing a prayer can make it up later. As for submission, muslims are constantly reminded of Allah(swt) in the form of the Azaan (Call for prayer) its purpose to remind Muslims that those before you (jews and Christians) forgot Allah(swt) over time and that the Muslims must never forget their connection with the creator of all things.

It should be noted that Allah(swt) is most merciful and can read hearts and minds.

Q8: Peaches remarks that she is a disappointing student?
A8: The true essence of Islam does not come to you just because your reciting the Qur'an, or do five times prayer, or think your doing good works? To see through the window of Islam you must be committed to searching for answers to deep questions, those that the materialists have failed to answer and have filled important rational facts with theories that cannot be proven. Since miss Geldof never intended to be a muslim, how could she really understand or contemplate it? Her stereotypes, western lifestyle and alien concepts that she carries within her, those that she holds so dear, close to her heart will make it impossible for her to see through a fabric vail, let alone see through a window toward Islam?

We question her motives and understand the real reason behind shooting this short documentary. Peaches is not as innocent as she makes out and like her father (bob) is doing the British Governments dirty work. That to confuse the majority of the British non-muslim public and dine with the Moderate Muslims who will praise her afterwards

Peaches is fiercely resilient to converting to Islam for the very reasons outlined above. Her goal as was the production of a short documentary, designed to redicule the Islamic faith and answer questions with a shallow perspective, sometimes confusing her hosts with materialism quotes and neurotic skepticism.

Q9: Peach cannot get to grips with the Qur'an!
A9: If the reader has a closed mind and as explained in A8 above, then their is no way for her to understand or comprehend the Qur'an in any language. When you open up a best selling novel, you have an intention before you even buy it off the shelf that you are committed to reading it, comprehending it and understand the plots within it so you can be enriched by its ending or overall immpression upon you. Since Peaches had no such intention, why consider the Qur'an in the documentary?

Background: A well know Christian reverted (not converted) to Islam became a translator of the Qur'an. (Mohammed) Marmaduke William Pickthall, was a Western Islamic scholar, noted as a poetic and accurate translator of the Qur'an into English. A revert from Christianity to Islam, Pickthall was a novelist, esteemed by D.H. Lawrence, H.G. Wells, and E.M. Forster, as well as a journalist, headmaster, and political and religious leader. Educated at Harrow, he was born into a comfortable middle class English family, whose roots trace back to a knight of William the Conqueror, Pickthall travelled across many Eastern countries, gaining reputation as Middle-Eastern scholar. A strong advocate of the Ottoman Empire, Pickthall studied Islam, published articles and novels on the subject, e.g. The meaning of the Holy Qur'an. While under the service of the Nizam of Hyderabad, Pickthall published his translation of the Qur'an, becoming the first English translation done by a believer and authorized by the Al-Azhar University, referred to by the Times Literary Supplement as "a great literary achievement."

So the Qur'an is in English, yet it is a daunting task for Peach! - how delightful!
Islam for dummies is not as daunting, yet she doesn't seem to be reading that either!

Q10: The Muslim girl nos 2 says that the Qur'an is the Islamic Law!
A10: We beg to differ on that point, Islamic law is termed as Shari'ah Law and it is a book with references to two main sources, the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet(saaw). Every muslim should know that? Another inaccurate remark was the notion that the Qur'an has all the answers, well its not complete without one further component. The Qur'an authorizes the Prophet's Sunnah and so since Muhammad(saaw) is a guide and his Sunnah is authorized by Allah(Swt) in the Qur'an his guidance is thus approved and can be followed. The Qur'an is not the only source fro a muslim to lead there lives, it goes hand in hand with the Sunnah. A Sheikh once commented that if a Muslim accepts just the Qur'an, they would have binned 70% of Islam only relying on 30% which does not constitute Islam? A muslim would therefore live a life outside of Islam and die in disgrace!

Q11: Peach asks what's the point of a Quranic school!
A11: Why recite the Qur'an and memorize it? Well the answer to that question is partly historical and reward based. First the history; in the 12CE the barbers pillaged, raped and killed Muslims while occupying Muslim land. They were from Mongolia and their leader Genghis Khan married to a christian woman hunted down Muslims and burnt the great Library of the time in Baghdad. All the Qur'an's and scientific books of the time where burnt in a very large fire. The Barbers occupied the lands and imposed their anti-religious laws upon the Muslims. The Muslims had four copies of the Original Qur'an held in secret locations at the furthest ends of the Islamic state. Unknown to the barbers the Muslims had begun to recite the Qur'an by heart and soon they knew that wiping the Qur'an from the face of the earth was not as easy a task as once thought. It only took one Muslim and the Qur'an could be rewritten without error. After 50 years of occupation the barbers reverted and became Muslim and it was the barbers who liberated lands in eastern Europe and northern africa, such a feat had never been witnessed before that an occupying force embraced a religion by its own free-will. The push into Spain was completed by Moorish forces who were predominantly black with a 19 year old non-black as their commanding general as they pushed into Spain up until the mountains of leon, only to then sign a treaty with the outgoing Spanish king. The importance of memory recitation has never left the Muslims and holds ever so strongly today. Such barbarous tactics by burring books were undertaken by Hitler as well as the Russians in the 19th century. Reciting the Qur'an will give you one reward, while applying what you have understood in your life is a reward equal to a thousand fold.

Q12: Peach remarks," What they don't know is that the English loose purposely"!
A12: This is a tactic use for Cricket and all types of sports when political ground is to be made by the british. Its not a new concept and Muslims worldwide are waking up to this fact that being used like puppets is unwarranted.

Q13: Peach remarks," We have to leave, they are going pervy, the Qur'an has not taught them everything"!
A13: Another attack against the Islamic dress code and falling levels of morality in Morocco. But wait a minute wasn't she provocatively dancing and showing off her body as she scored that all important goal? We wonder where london clubs fit in with this pervy message, that while dancing in a london nightclub, having thighs felt-up by clubbers, sometimes even by the same sex, being gazed at by on lookers is considered remotely pervy! I guess it must be your point of view.

Q14: Peach finds sufism very scary and remote.
A14: Sufism is a mystical sect that belive's that by going into a trance they archive oneness and an ability to cross a spiritual bridge that can lead to Allah(swt). Mainstream Islam (Illumi) disagree with this assumption to a degree, acknowledging that Allah(swt) can be reached but not nessesaraly by inducing a trance, dancing and by Music. Sufism numbs the mind and could be considered just another form of meditation. But that's all it is, it is not political and has no place in Political Islam. Sufism will be carefully monitored once an Islamic World Government is in place since non adherence to Islam comprehensively by so called Muslims could be deemed dangerous to humanity at large or to a lesser extent diverting away from the Islamic objectives of the day. Real Muslims (Ulumi) must not be led astray by this sect. It is also possible for a Moderate to be following Sufism.

Q15: Peach's guide mentions the significance of "the King of the Jinn's".
A15: Why would Muslims want to visit a rock to get rid of jinns and not ask Allah(swt) directly for protection? We fail to understand this and as such belive that people who suffer from jinns have something wrong with their belief or have a mental problem that needs attention with careful support and help by professionals.

Q16: Peach recites quotes form a a well rehearsed materialist book.
A16: "...So what you mean is that you are pointing Thomas ???? cosmetological argument and William ????? sign argument, ....something about the big bang and ....by blind chance.." Quoting books is easy, especially when you haven't done any of your own soul searching or hard work yourself!

Q17: When Peach was meditating she summed up her time with sarcasm, the word
        "Shopping".
A17: "Shopping" relates to consumerism and the buying or selling of products. These products where made from resources that were forged together through some industrial process and the raw materials came from the ground , mostly from Synthetic Oil. But where did the Oil come from? Humanity certainly did not make it? Who made the planets, the sun, the universe, mankind? So meditation isn't too bad and she wasn't too far from the truth, was she?

Q18: Peach belive's in a completely free from meat Vegan diet.
A17: It is a well know fact that Vegan diets do more harm to the body than Meat eating does. A Vegan Diet stops the production of essential oils in the body that can lead brain damage and madness. So beware Vegan's, you cannot have a completely meat free diet. We recommend some fish, with good omega 3 oils. as a supplement. Muslims can be vegetarian, there is no problem with that. If muslims are given meat at Eid, they will respect that and give to other memebers of their family that do eat meat.

Muslims must be clear on what their objectives and collective aims should be according to Shari'ah law.
The curent barage of television programs on terrestrial tv indicates one thing, that the Muslims are searching for the correct method to establish a collective reunification of the ummah. But what does this mean for those that live in the UK?

Why did 1st generation Muslims come to Britian?
When 1st generation muslims arrived to these shores, it was in search for economic rather than religious reasons. The initial reasons for migration were economic,(britian needed manpower after coming out of the 2nd world war bankrupt) then after a time the religious aspirations surfaced and to curb the natural progression toward dawa which is the intended purpose of ISLAM the non-muslim governments in the west began a program of integrating Muslims into society that is based upon secular values(failed melting pot theory). These values were and are still today incompatible with ISLAM. The concepts used were designed to change the views of muslims of later generations, to make them fit in to what the government considered and defined as mainstream. A new ISLAM was being forged that reduced ISLAM from being a unifying global socio-political System, that ran governments, controlled vast land masses into a mere story-telling religion. To be locked away into the hearts and minds, then to be forgotten by the Muslims. This would have the effect of further institutionalising Muslims into the dogma of british society. But, something in the 1990s changed!

They planned day and night!
With all there planning, cleverly thought of methods were designed to corrupt 1st and 2nd generation Muslims. However, 3rd generation Muslims reverted back to true ISLAM. Their planning backfired! Muslims saw the plans of the west and began the immense efforts to realign themselves, firstly as individuals, then under the banner of unification began planning for themselves. No longer were they to be dictated to by non-belivers or schoilars who knew less than them about ISLAM. This is what the british regime defines as " the Radicalization of Muslims" (this is not an Islamic term). The Muslims began to return to the Qur'an, the Sunnah and understood Shari'ah law. With muslim countries still in possession of vast quantities of oil and natural resources mostly dependant by the west, this was a dangerous development. (notice how companies like BP and Shell are using tv commercials to educate the british public that newer types of energy sources will need to be developed in advance of the oil depletion by 2030 - Q: What happens to the Muslim countries that depend on oil as their main revenue?)

Had the Muslims woken up early?
The british government then tried 1st and 2nd generation Muslims to overshadow the return to true ISLAM by firstly labeling them as Moderates and calling 3rd generation Muslims as Islamist, or better put Extremists. The later word is interlinked with the word terrorism.

The problems got worse for the british government as Muslims of 2nd generation began to see through the deceit and began to revert to true ISLAM. The government reacted by pushing through the terrorist bill of 2001 then amended in 2003 (turning point being the UN celibrations of the Millenium 2000). Muslims began to widen their understanding of ISLAM as a global reunifying force designed to look after the affairs of mankind. The United Nation, World Trade Organisations(WTO), Western governments in particular saw the immense vision of the Muslims, it was not simply national it was global-worldwide. This effected british conceptual designs for the Muslim nation(Ummah), its demise was planned and executed for the past 80 years, yet the sons of the Muslims began to forge a new destiny for themselves. ISLAM could not be confined to the depths of the mind, it matured inside and took hold of the Muslims, guiding them to spread the light of true ISLAM to Muslims as well as non-muslims worldwide. This is termed as DAWA, convoying the true message of ISLAM to mankind.

In a last ditch attempt to reconcile Muslims into mainstream british society, the American government (military wing of Britain) brought into effect draconian laws to arrest suspects and detain them forever. Britain endorsed these new laws and tried hard to get other european countries to adopt them but failed to archive this even when they had presidency of the EU.

The Muslims are breaking away from the western bastardization version of ISLAM, even moderates are reverting back from being illumi muslims and becoming Usuli muslims (read Two Camps).

Conclusion:
Muslims are not permitted by ISLAM to simply integrate into british society and adopt non-islamic values. Secular and Multicultural societies can exist within the framework of an Islamic governing authority but not the other way round. Compatiablity can only exist in the former and never the later. Divine law (Al-Islam) superceeds all man-made laws (Secular or other). By adopting non-islamic values the Muslims loose there identity and become a moderate (illum. i muslim), then only to lose the true essence of ISLAM, leading to becoming a kafir(non-muslim). Muslims living in britain (not "british muslims" a misnomer term), have been brought up culturally by non-islamic means. Their culture is by design british, but any concepts that contradict ISLAM are rejected by true believing Muslims(Usuli). Muslims in Britain see the Ummah as a global nation with one belief system. In the Muslims countries they find the culture foreign to them, as the values adopted by them maybe far superior and more closer to ISLAM even in the Muslim countries. These values are not british values, on the contrary these values emanate from ISLAM and is the root biases for all conceptual thought. This is where Muslims are focusing their attention (read Usul-ul-fiqh).

Non-Muslims need intelligence from Moderats.
Organisations such as the Muslim Council for Britain (MCB) and their affiliates are now in bed with the british government trying to focus their attempts to curb the radicalization of muslims from Illumi Muslims to becoming Usuli muslims. The Muslims are drawn a picture that to live in britain they must adopt a moderate mainstream stance. But, this is a deep conspiracy to further erode the road to recovery. A gift provided to Usuli muslims is that they are able to see through the deception and lies, no matter how many scholars are brought before them.

Are Muslims permitted to live in darul-kufr (Britian)?
It is not permitted for a muslim to live in dar-ul-kufr (the land of non-muslims) for long periods of time, they must return to dar-ul-islam (lands liberated by ISLAM). It was quoted that six months or up to two years was the limit for duration of stay. This of course does not fit with the realities of today since no country in the Muslim world implements true ISLAM as a system. Muslims in the UK are trapped by culturalism as well as the influtration of governments planted by the west to rule over the muslims throughout the Muslim world un-islamically! However, this situation will inshallah change with the formation of the Islamic World Government (IWG).

However, since ISLAM looks beyond color, race, creed and culture, muslims can be reunified by belief. This is the beauty of ISLAM as a global system. It reunifies mankind, a concept that no man-made system is capable of doing. This uniqness is by far a goal from the Muslims in the UK and indeed worldwide.

War against ISLAM?
Unfortunately, this does not sit well for the western governments as they plunder our natural resources and impose their democracy values and secular beliefs upon Muslims by Muslims. This is know as the War against ISLAM. This war designed by the secular governments, endorsed by the Muslim leadership in the Muslim world via the United Nations has allowed both Britain and America a free hand to terrorize the Muslim Nation(Ummah). By installing US military bases everywhere, constantly monitoring the Muslims and keeping nations in order via the United Nations the Muslims are shackled into economic and political slavery. While Muslims aligned to the non-beliving establishment in britain enjoy their lives as moderates (only to return to the almighty sooner rather than later), the Muslim Ummah suffers at the hands of foreign governments.

One last note: Did you know that the American dollar runs the majority of Muslim countries and that the American government prints trillions of dollars without declaring its own true wealth? When the UN under the influence of the United States done away with the Gold Standard, America was able to print as much as it wanted, thereby raping the Muslim nations wealth of oil, natural gas and precious stones and metals. This is still going on today. So you could say the western countries are getting the Muslim resources for NOTHING!!! - still muslims live in abject poverty and Africa suffers relentlessly.

Muslims fighting against aggression, oppression and injustice are known in the press as, "terrorists", "Gorillas", "Militia", "pockets of resistance", "Shia's or Sunni"."Extremists", "fundamentalist","Radicalist", "Islamists","Jihadist"
These are terms that the western world labels Muslims who are protecting lives, property and wealth of the Muslim Nation in the Muslim World. But we ask why should an Israeli state, using all its state resources with military, logistical and intelligence aid from America and Britain always fight Muslims who are reportedly fighting by gorilla warfare (fighting during the cover of darkness, during the night)?.

The enemy is more closer than you might think: Military Generals in the Muslim world will do a service to mankind by removing from power these despotic leaders planted by the American and British regimes. Sending the Military forces to the border is enough to force the Israelis back, but we know that Muslims whilst shackled by the United Nations rules will never do what Allah(swt) has commanded. So it becomes incumbent to the ordinary muslim man and woman to overthrow their governments as a direct response to the Israeli aggression in the region.

How is this archived? Just block the systems that allow the country to run. Don't go to work, call in sick.Sit on the main roads as coordinated groups, block transport, don't accept the current regime. Ignore the police and look forward to being arrested. Speak to influential people about the failure of the regime to act comprehensively. The regime must be removed from power using a relentless campaign for a comprehsive acts of non violence and non cooperation.

The beauty of the Quran is that it has been translated into more than 200 languages and comprehensively narrated by the best translators the world has to offer. What does this mean to the Muslim living in London, Luton or Birmingham? It allows a Muslim to read and understand the text in a language they are familiar with.

Even in English, the meaning of the text expressed as (TMQ) Translation of the meaning of the Quran can been understood and followed. Muslims are well educated up to the agae of 18, they can understand and there level of comprehension is very good, a recipie for success.

The second most important point is that the Quran is not like other books you may find on a shelf in a library, it is a book that is ALIVE! The book once read and understood comprehsively will begin to guide you and mould you into a true living Muslim. You will begin to view the world differently, you will for the first time long for a place in hummanity worldwide! No longer will you be a nobody, or slave to the working class. You will be elevated to the level that Allah(swt) intended. This transformation cannot originate from yourr parents, or from countless other inferior books. You will find your true identity, and history that spans the creation of the universe, all that became before it and after it is destroyed.

Their are two basics you must understand, first that the commands and Laws contained in the Quran are in two categories. Difinitive laws have no alternative meaningns, they are absolute and cannot be changed, an example follows:

" Judge between them by that which Allah has revealed to you (Al-Quran.)" [TMQ Surah 5: verse 49]

In the above verse 49, it is not permitted for a Muslim to make decisions, take advice from other than for the Book of Allah(swt) Al-Quran. This is clear and direct. Transgressing this law will mean you become a Kafir and the rest you know.

The second is the intervention of the Sunnah, this is the guidance given to mankind from the last Prophet Muhammad(saaw). This is a collection of books that further refine the methods applied to the Laws in the Quran. The Prophet was asked many questions concering the laws in the Quran and how they should be interperted and Applied. This forms the basis of understanding the Quran. The Quran gives authority of the Sunnah(saaw) of the Prophet.

These two sources form the basis from which is derived the Shairah Law. This Law is the only Law Muslims are permitted to follow even if they live in the United Kingdom. English Law has no relevance and because of verse 49 above, it is a serious offence to refer to the Law of the Land as many Moderate Muslims tend to do.

Please note that Moderate Muslims is not an Islamic term, nor was it devised by Muslims, it is an alien term designed by the government of the British Queen to disunite the Muslims into eithic, racial and color backgrounds, thus divide the Muslims further and rule over them. We use this term in a negative way since thats what it was designed for and many Muslims especially from Egypt openly acknowledge this pathetic term as a norm.

Shariah Law comes in book form and covers all aspects of legality required to resolve disputes. The source of Shariah is he Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet. And, yes it is in English. So it is quite easy to follow, unserstand and impliment.

With all matters concerting legal recourse, when in doubt contact a qualified Sheik of Usool. A reputable Sheik will be one who has a defined learning criteria that stems from scholars who have been know in the Muslim world for hundreds of years. These Sheiks are the best advisors and are recommended. There are many Imams, Pirs, hajis even under the name of Sheiks but they do a disservice to the Muslim Nation (Ummah worldwide) by giving advise when they are not qualified to do so. Never trust a journalist who knows absolutely nothing about Islamic matters, esp non-muslim ones.

IMPORTANT:
Obtaining advice from a sheikh is FREE and you should never be asked for pay for advice as advice is given for receiving the rewards from Allah(Swt) not earthly rewards. It is Haram for a Sheikh to ask for money or any favours in exchange for knowledge. Since it is FREE ask as many questions you have as many times as you want. But do remember that Shieks need sleep as well!

To become an expert in these matters you will need to learn the following:

Al-Quran (Translated or Arabic), Usul-Ul-Fiqh and Islamic Shairah Law.

Scientific Islaamic Intellectual revivalism will succeed where humanist democracy has failed to deliver. This chronology of the United States' sordid involvement in the arming of Iraq can be summarized in this way: the United States used methods both legal and illegal to help build Saddam's army into the most powerful army in the Mideast outside of Israel. The U.S. supplied chemical and biological agents and technology to Iraq when it knew Iraq was using chemical weapons against the Iranians. The U.S. supplied the materials and technology for these weapons of mass destruction to Iraq at a time when it was known that Saddam was using this technology to kill his Kurdish citizens. The United States supplied intelligence and battle planning information to Iraq when those battle plans included the use of cyanide, mustard gas and nerve agents. The United States blocked U.N. censure of Iraq's use of chemical weapons. The United States did not act alone in this effort. The Soviet Union was the largest weapons supplier, but Britain, France and Germany were also involved in the shipment of arms and technology.
