The Bonn agreement consolidates the American control over Afghanistan and lays the basis for uprooting Islam from it.

After more than two continuous months of an unjust and destructive war waged by America against the Muslims of Afghanistan, she has succeeded in restoring her influence and control over Afghanistan, and has overthrown its rulers and uprooted the Islamic orientation from it. This has been helped by the tense ethnic divisions that have found expression in the North Alliance between the Tajik and Uzbek leaders, who have undertaken the role of the poisoned American spearhead, when they responded to the American demand to declare war against their Afghan Muslim brethren.

They stood by the side of the American Air Force as they rain down upon them deadly weapons by night and day delivered by B52 fighter planes and the like. America was also helped by the majority of the rulers of the Islamic world at the head of which are the Arab rulers, the rulers of Pakistan, the rulers of Turkey and the rulers of countries neighboring Afghanistan. These rulers acted as the enemy. They are more than agents of the enemy they are traitors also. They have provided all the necessary facilities in terms of intelligence, airports, military bases, airspace, regional waters and complete readiness to send men at America's beck and call.

As for the Islamic peoples they have horribly neglected their duty towards the Muslims of Afghanistan. It was obligatory on them to help their brothers in Afghanistan.

He (Subhaanah Wa Ta'Ala) said:

"The believers are nothing else but brothers" [TMQ Al-Hujurat: 10].

The Messenger (Salallahu Alaihi Wasalaam) said:

"The Muslim is the brother of another Muslim, he is not unjust to his
brother and nor does he abandon him nor disdain him."

He (Salallahu Alaihi Wasalaam) also said:

"There is no man who lets a Muslim down in a situation where his honour is disparaged and his sanctity violated except that Allah will abandon him in a situation he wished for His support. And there is no man who helps a Muslim in a situation where his honour is disparaged and his sanctity violated except that Allah will help him in situation he wished for His support."

The people could have compelled the cowardly and treacherous agent rulers to not provide facilities and open airports, bases, airspace, territory and water to the Kuffar who are at war with the Muslims. If these rulers did not comply then the people should have removed them via the armies, for the armies are the sons of the peoples thus they should have removed these traitorous rulers.

What encouraged Bush to take the decision to go to war was the American public opinion, which sought retribution for the events of 11/9/2001. He was encouraged also by the weakness of Afghanistan and the treachery of the rulers of the Islamic world displayed on many similar occasions in the past, in addition to the huge mobilization of the Kafir states and peoples in numerous parts of the world, which reminds us of the saying of the Prophet (Salallahu Alaihi Wasalaam):

"The people will soon summon one another to attack you the way people invite each other to share their dish."

At a time when Kufr was calling upon states and peoples in every part of the land to help America the superpower, which is the strongest and most wealthy country in the world, we did not hear or see a single ruler from the Islamic world or elsewhere assuming the position of truth and of manhood, on the side of the Muslims of Afghanistan who number amongst the poorest peoples of the world.

America was not content with achieving the five aims announced by Bush to the masses before Congress shortly before the declaration of war against Afghanistan. Instead she went much further than this. The American government has began to impose its actual mandate over Afghanistan under the cover of the United Nations and works to create a new Afghanistan, infuse it with the western culture, strengthen its
chains to the hated wheel of American colonialism such that it becomes difficult to free itself by ordinary means and styles. She has begun to work to formulate a new constitution for Afghanistan (just as constitutions were written for Germany and Japan after the Second World
War) to keep it within the American fold for a long time to come. She is working to establish a new judicial system, a new financial system and a new education system and to shape all aspects of life according to what
is fitting for her and what guarantees her interests. Not just in Afghanistan only but also in the whole of central Asia. This approach has been described by the American foreign ministry as "Building the (Afghan) nation." Such moulding is clear from the import of the Bonn Agreement, which was issued on 5th of December, and from the style followed by America in fixing this agreement and giving it legitimacy.

It is from this standpoint that she is working to tighten her grip on Afghanistan. She has mobilized her experts to carry out this task and they are: Richard Haass (Director of Policy Planning for the Department of State), Marc Grossman (Under Secretary of State for Political
Affairs), Jeffrey Lunstead (Director for Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh), Khalil Zad (Afghani in origin, he is a White House adviser in Afghani affairs).

America has disregarded the leaders of the tribes, the people of influence, position and standing in Afghanistan and replaced them with a handful of traitorous agents the majority of which are westerners infatuated by the western culture. She held with them fake negotiations
for nine days in Bonn which ended in ratifying an agreement, through which America appointed an interim leader, five deputies and a number of ministers for the important cabinet posts. Through this agreement she set down a plan for their government, which they will follow for the next six months alongside a plan for after their rule relating to the future of Afghanistan. One day after signing the agreement i.e. on 12/6/2001, she obtained from the security council by consensus resolution number 1383 in which the following was stated: 'the (security
council) accepts the agreement relating to the provisional arrangements in Afghanistan pending the reestablishment of permanent government institutions.'

This evil style followed by America in setting out the future of Afghanistan's Muslim people, having removed their government, is considered a dangerous precedent in international relations. It does not rely on a single clause from the so-called UN charter, or what they
call international law or convention or any other body of law. If the situation were to the contrary then Lakhdar Brahimi, her hired agent or the current head of the security council, would not have failed to point to the article upon which these actions depend. The illegality of this style and its contradiction to everything they boast about in terms of canons and laws has made America obtain a quick agreement from the false witness, which is the international Security Council. This is the
dangerous precedent that America will follow in her relationship with weak states and peoples in which she perceives danger to her interests.

It is the style of an international bully, state terrorism unleashed by America on the peoples under the auspices of the United Nations. What is worth noting is that this is happening with the consensus of the
superpowers and with their clear approval. What is for sure is that such consensus has arisen because the issue is an Islamic issue relating to Muslim people.

As for the import of the agreement it hints at a dark future awaiting the people of Afghanistan at the hands of the hated American colonialism. It warns of yet more woes, disputes, killing, and spilling of the innocent blood of the Muslims of Afghanistan. It also warns of evil and satanic attempts to drive them away from their Deen as occurred with other Islamic peoples afflicted with the western intellectual onslaught not to mention the military onslaughts and the direct rule of the Kafir west before the rule was handed over to their agents, like the land of ash-Sham, Egypt and North Africa. The American intention, which has appeared explicitly in the articles of the agreement, warns of misfortune for the Afghani Muslim people if they do not oppose by force what American circles are planning for them and do not rid themselves of the agents whom America is striving to give power over the people.

The name of the United Nations (which in actual fact is synonymous with America) was mentioned more than 50 times in an agreement that is made up of seven pages. America has relied upon using the name of the United Nations and its flag to cover her actions in order to deceive the Afghani people, who have resisted Kafir western influence for centuries. This is because she knows that Afghanistan's Muslims have sacrificed hundreds and thousands of martyrs in the war against the Russian occupation. They expelled Russia with smashed ribs. Before that they resisted the British colonialism and expelled them by utterly defeating them. She knows the Afghani Muslim people will not accept the American occupation no matter how many different guises and forms she takes to hide her ugly face. The agreement grants America a prominent role under the cover of the UN in determining the internal and external affaires of the Afghani people and overlooking every aspect whether big or small. In annex II of the agreement under the heading: 'Role of the United Nations During the interim period', the following is mentioned:

Indeed, America is an enemy of the Muslims that shows no compassion. She rained upon them uninterrupted death in Afghanistan for two consecutive months and in the blessed month of Ramadan itself and still continues to do so. She killed tens of thousands of innocent civilians deliberately and wilfully. She killed the prisoners in Janji, Kunduz, Mazar-e-shareef and other places in complete indifference to any conventions or charters. She waged her war against the Muslims under the pretext of fighting terrorism even though she has been the number one terrorist state throughout her history. She killed the original people of America, the Red Indians and seized their properties. She brought the Blacks from Africa and enslaved them and still continues to racially discriminate against them. She attacked Japan with two nuclear bombs and attacked Iraq, Sudan and Afghanistan with missiles. She was also behind most of the civil wars that took place in the last century in Latin America, Africa, East Asia and the Islamic world. As is known to all observers she would do so and call it a 'hired war.' She is also the one who sponsors the 'Central Intelligence Agency' (CIA) whose primary job is to function outside America. It is the biggest and the most dangerous terrorist organization in the history of the world. In the fifties of the last century it invented the idea of instigating military coups and it inflicts upon the people these revolutions. It assassinated many heads of states and bought up armies of agents from all ersuasions.

Also it was behind many organizations and movements, which have become banned terrorist organizations. The reputation of the CIA with its dirty actions embarrassed the Americans, which in turn pushed Congress to pass legislation to limit its operations and pushed the American government to hide the true figure of its budget and to cover up many of its scandals. America also uses the United Nations and the international organizations to achieve its special interests and at the same time imposes international laws to secure her special interests displaying double standards. She boasts that she is the 'best friend of Israel' and showers it with billions and provides it with the latest and most sophisticated weapons to maintain its relative superiority in the heart of the Islamic world. She appointed over the Muslims rulers who are her agents. She cares nothing for the Muslims, she incites the rulers to arrest their people if they try to account them. Hence, the Islamic peoples are obliged to know their enemy, be aware of the lesson of Afghanistan and understand that what happened there can happen to any people from this arrogant enemy and at any instant. Now the American moves to strike Iraq, Somalia or others have already begun. The headquarters of the American forces have been moved to Kuwait. She has increased the strength of her forces in the Gulf. Thus, America and her allies from the states of Kufr continue to destroy the Islamic lands, one after another to gain complete dominance over them. The cure for this affliction is one: to remove the treacherous, cowardly, agent rulers in the Islamic lands. To remove the systems established on the
Kafir secularism and to establish the Islamic Khilafah on their ruins, which will apply Islam and unite the Muslims in one immense and respected state that is feared under the banner of one Khaleefah. And then the Muslims will no longer be orphans at the table of the villains.
Then the victory will be on the side of the Muslims.

He (Subhaanah Wa Ta'Ala) said:

"If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm" [TMQ Muhammad: 7], and the Messenger of Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasalaam) said:

"Indeed, the Imam is a shield behind which the Muslims fight and by him they protect themselves."

The Afghani people do not believe in anything other than Islam as a system for their daily life and as a way of life. It is futile to forcibly introduce the western culture and the imported Kafir American system. This will incur nothing but the wrath of Allah I and more chaos,
disturbance, civil war and the spilling of innocent and pure blood. It is incumbent on the Muslim people of Afghanistan, especially the people of influence (ahlul halli wal 'aqd), the people whose opinion and consultation is sought, to hold on to their Islam whatever sacrifices
this may entail. They should not accept any other constitution for the country. There is no place for a Kufr constitution for the Muslims whether it is democracy or international conventions and other such
which Allah I did not sanction: He (Salallahu Alaihi Wasalaam) said:

"I left you two things which, if you hold onto, you will never go astray; the Book of Allah and my Sunnah," and he (Salallahu Alaihi Wasalaam) said:

"I leave you upon the resplendent path whose night is like the day, from
which no one deviates except the one who will perish."

The Afghani people must discard this hateful racism. He (Salallahu Alaihi Wasalaam) said:

"He is not from us the one who calls for tribalism," and he (Salallahu Alaihi Wasalaam) said:

"Why it is the da'wah of jaahiliyyah! Leave it for it smells disgusting."

Also Allah (Subhaanah Wa Ta'Ala) said:

"Verily, the most honourable of you with Allah is that (believer) who has Taqwa" [TMQ Al-Hujurat: 13].

It would not have been possible for America to complete this war to its benefit and at such speed had it not been for the conspiracy of the rulers of Pakistan and their betrayal of Afghanistan by submitting to America. And this would not have been possible had it not been for the conspiracy of some Tajik, Uzbek and Pashtun leaders who sold themselves to America. In managing through their alliance with America -the enemy of Islam and the Muslims- to overcome their Muslim Afghan brothers, they have opened the doors of Afghanistan from all sides, by their disgraceful action, to the foreign influence and they enabled America to re-impose her control upon them after they had got rid of her. They have opened the gates to the forces of the Kafir states to occupy them. The Afghani people suffered from racial divisions before the war, and after the war they have continued to suffer from racial divisions, direct foreign Kafir control and occupation by the foreign Kafir forces. If the Afghani people discard their abhorrent racial divisions, remove the leaders who have allied with America and they hold onto Islam, then the victory will be on their side, by the permission of Allah I.

He (Subhaanah Wa Ta'Ala) said:

"And (as for) the believers it was incumbent upon Us to help them" [TMQ Ar-Rum: 47].
