Corporations that are
Defaming Islam
(Muslim's) worldwide!
Did
you know that the Kaffir have resorted to delivering
their anit-islamic crusade covertly? The drink
you are consuming or the clothes or shoes you
are wearing, the newspaper you are reading may
contain subliminal messages that suggest negative
views about our true Deen. We look into this. Their
has been much investigation and scientific analysis
in how our brains work things out. Our brains
or better put our minds are good at sorting, deducing,
coming to conclusions without our express need
or concentration.
This
is where big corporate company branding and marketing
methods employed by the media come in. A good
example is when a hypnotist turns a reluctant
member of the audience to act as a chicken on
stage. How is this done? By placing subnominal
suggestions into the mind either by verbal languauge
or visual representation is enough to make you
carryout actions without your explicit permission
or to convince you to carryout an action which
you would not normaly do with your free mind!
You are indeed being violated and are completely
unawear of it!
The
Adverts on TV or in your favorite newspaper work
in the same way by minupulate your mindset, and
you have limited control over what they are programming
in your mind - You do however have the choice
not to take part!
Boycott
western culture, not just cola
Mecca Cola (Qibla Cola here in the UK), the brainchild
of a Muslim entrepreneur, was recently launched
in France. Muslims have responded favourably in
many countries, registering their protest at leading
western brands such as Coca Cola, by supporting
this Muslim venture. Whilst such protests against
the icons of Capitalism are to be welcomed, we
have to realise that the real threat from Capitalism
stems from its ideas and culture, which are pumped
unfiltered into the minds of Muslims, and not
the icons and products that symbolise it.
The
success of Mecca Cola comes on the heels of Zam
Zam Cola, which was launched some years ago in
Iran. Both Colas have found support in the Muslim
Ummah, who hold much resentment of Western states
and hence are eager to show their disapproval
by buying Islamic products. These cola wars have
been fought alongside long running campaigns calling
for the boycott of western goods and companies.
However, many campaigns have concentrated solely
upon western goods, companies and emblems, without
elaborating and making it clear why these cause
offence to Muslims.
This
has led to people almost viewing western goods
and companies in the same way that they view pork
or alcohol. They begin to hate the company or
product for the thing that it is, rather than
the concept and way of life it represents, and
this sometimes leads to quite absurd views. Take
for example the rumour that PEPSI stands for "Pay
each penny to save Israel", or the claim
that the Coca Cola symbol reversed in a mirror,
reads as an insult to Allah (swt) in Arabic. This
fixation on the product and not the thought from
which it came unfortunately leads to an ironic
position whereby some people loathe western objects
such as Coca Cola or Hollywood movies, yet they
see no problem in calling for democracy, inter-faith
dialogue or emulating home-grown pop stars and
movie icons. Hence, whilst they outwardly reject
the symbols of nations such as the US, they have
in fact adopted the concepts and culture of the
ideology that drives the US, namely Capitalism.
The
actual reason for such animosity against icons
such as McDonalds and the Big Mac is not that
the Islamic Shariah has deemed such companies
and their food unlawful in the same way it deemed
pork and alcohol unlawful. Rather these companies
represent a culture and attitude that belong to
a specific way of life that is diametrically opposed
to Islam, namely Capitalism. They represent values
such as materialism, consumerism, and infatuation
with profit above all other considerations. Many
of these capitalist companies, through the support
of the capitalist countries in which they reside,
have done much to enslave the resources of the
rest of the world, to ensure that they dominate
the world markets, fix the prices and decide what
the rules are. All of this is based on thoughts
such as free market economics, which are a result
of the Capitalist viewpoint in life.
Such
companies and products exist because of the thoughts
and ideas that exist behind them. Muslims should
understand that they cannot simply reject the
products, without rejecting the culture behind
them. Without doing this, the Muslim's opinions
on different issues would be full of contradictions.
For example, ideas such as freedom and democracy
have no basis in Islam. Such ideas portray the
human to be sovereign and capable of ruling by
his own mind, whereas the Muslim considers himself
a servant of Allah (swt), who has commanded the
Muslims to rule by the Islamic Khilafah system
that was brought by the Prophet (saw).
Yet
we find "Islamic" thinkers and academics
addressing rallies and organising boycotts of
Western goods, whilst writing books on how Muslims
must embrace democracy to bring about progression.
Similarly there are people who ensure that they
never buy products from Israel, and even convince
their boyfriend or girlfriend to do the same.
Clearly the capitalist culture has left many in
the Ummah in a muddle; hence regaining the Islamic
viewpoint in life needs to be the focus of attention
of Muslims worldwide.
Once
we are clear on what the Islamic and Capitalist
viewpoints in life are, we can easily understand
what we can buy and sell, or what we should consider
acceptable and what we should find abhorrent from
all that emerges from the capitalist world. We
should understand that the West produces countless
physical products, such as burgers, cars, films,
computers, clothing and the like. Islam gave a
general permission for all inanimate objects except
those it expressly prohibited such as pork and
alcohol. Furthermore Islam also prohibited those
objects directly linked to the Kufr way of life,
such as idols and statues.
The
Prophet (saw) said:
"Verily
Allah puts down obligations so do not neglect
them, and puts down limits so do not transgress
them, and forbade some things so do not indulge
in them, and remained silent about some things,
as permitted to you not out of forgetfulness,
so do not ask about them."
Hence it is permitted for Muslims to use many
objects from the West, such as mobile phones,
computers, televisions, DVDs, medical equipment
and the like. That is because these objects do
not bind themselves to any particular viewpoint
about life; rather they are the product of science
and technology, which is common to man all over
the world. However, there are many objects that
result from a specific culture, based on a specific
viewpoint of life; these would be forbidden for
Muslims. Objects such as the crucifix, which is
a symbol of Christianity, are clearly forbidden,
as are films that portray the typical western
themes of free mixing, sex and drugs or western
art forms such as statues and portraits. All of
these are completely forbidden for the Muslims
because they represent a specific viewpoint about
life that contradicts the Islamic viewpoint.
With
this clear understanding, the Ummah would be able
to distinguish clearly which things from the western
lands are permissible for them. Hence they may
choose to boycott objects and companies that would
ordinarily be permissible to buy and trade with,
but they would know that this is a political decision
that is allowed for them to make. However, they
would also shield themselves from all ideas, concepts
and culture that are alien to Islam, which would
be a far more significant and vital achievement.
It would result in this Ummah lifting the intellectual
shackles that the Western thought has placed upon
her, leading to much more substantial achievements
for the Ummah, such as the reunification of the
Muslim lands under one leader, the Khaleefah.
The
Muslims of Britain are submerged in the Capitalist
culture. It is vital for our survival as Muslims
in Britain that we make Islam the reference point
for all our thoughts and actions, whether big
or small. This will lead to us becoming distinct
and vibrant Islamic personalities, not confused
and muddled personalities who are caught between
differing viewpoints in life.
NB:
Qibla cola goes further to suggest that 10% of
its sales goes to muslim
charities, but is this a further means to
bolster the ineffectiveness of the planted muslim
governemnts? Is this not a tried and tested method
to help oppressive regimes hold on to power in
the Muslim world!
Shouldn't Muslims send their
money to the jihadi groups of Chechnya, Dagistan,
Kashmir and Paliestine - who are giving their
lives, working for the restablishment of Islam,
a state government run by civilians to make Muslims
the superpower nation? .. make
your choice!
