A fine line between being a Muslim or a kaffir

Is it possible for a Muslim to become a kaffir without even knowing? We look into whether this is possible.

There is a fine line between being a Muslim or a kaffir. A Muslim could carryout an act or say somthing which contradicts ISLAM and as such has preformed kufr. The good news is that Muslims can renounce their actions or sayings within reasonable time or when instructed to do so by a fellow Muslim brother or sister. If however this muslim continues to promote kufr, especially when evidences negate then s/he becomes a kaffir and will be judge as a kaffir. The punishment for a Muslim preforming kufr, even momenteraly is greater than the punishment handed down to a kaffir who preforms kufr even though s/he was never a Muslim.

We find that many muslims who fall into the kaffir dividing line are unaware of this fact. There is of course no recompense for the ignorant in the sight of Allah(swt) therefore the Muslim becomes a kaffir and will be judged by the Allmighty for any actions or word spoken by mouth while in this state.
