comments: I am a hindu . I love my religion but iam not against anyother religion. But i have heard of islam being detrimental to my faith.I have heard of Islam opposing IDol worship and that even statements like "Kill the Idolators" are in QUran.India is a secular country but I have heard of Islam totally against secularism for if one follows secular path he is opposing Hadith.Also our great enemy is Pakistan which is an Islamic state.I have heard of statements in Quran which says that "Muslims should not join hands with infidels and kill other muslims".So does that mean that Indian muslims should support Pakistan and must not join Indian army???Are hindus considered Kaffirs in Islam???

Answer:

Firstly, Muslims are not permitted to force anyone to become a Muslim as their is no compulsion in religion. Muslims are not against other religions, simply Muslims who carry Islam emphasise the erroneous ways that other religions have adopted to subdue the masses into believing in customs and rituals that stem from man made systems. Put another way, systems that have been implemented to manipulate the masses for material and economic gain.

Hinduism is not a religion as such, it is a string of local customs that emanated from a region along the Indus river, and at some point in history adopted Greek style gods and those in power subdue the masses by placing them into intellectual bondage that is still prevalent today. If you look into history you will find no mention of the Hindoo's ever having the ability to implement their own system that bonds the people together, the people of the Indus river where a peace loving people but where prayed upon by tyrants and enemies to which Islam brought security and peace. The current Indian government has its roots not from Hinduism as is shown on TV and within western historical books but from the continuation of capitalism and democracy defined by the British Raj. The Hindoo people have no real system (a system to tell them how to buy, sell, contracts etc), they where dictated to by the British to adopted a man made system that so far even in America has been unable to bond the red Indians with the white European settlers, or the black inhabitants with the same.

Let us make a clarification, India is not the enemy for Muslims living in Pakistan. It is the Muslim duty to carryout that which Allah(Swt) has commanded in the the Qur'an to liberate lands which ocupied Muslim land , first by the British and then by the hindu. Upto 70% of the land mass in what is currently called India is Muslim land and must be under the authority of Islam (NB. Kashmir is but 20% of 70%)... So you may be influenced by the media propaganda machine making assertions that Muslims in Pakistan are hungry to take over India and kill the occupants as enemies this is not the case as Muslims do according to what Allah(swt) commands them not what the premiere of the Pakistani government says or any other foreign alien government dictates!

Back to your questions, Islam opposes idol worshiping as this is a forbidden act in Islam. This question can be answered both from an historical point of view i.e. Prophet Ibraheem or from Islamic Fiqh. I pose a question to you, How can a person who makes material items with his own hands start worshipping them? It doesn't work, humanity is far more intelligent than to accept this even from a spiritual aspect. Under the Authority of the Khilafah poeple who wish to worship idols may be permitted to do so in private. This means no public callings for non-muslims, such an act will be punishible according to devine law.

The Taliban in Afghanistan detonanted a Hindu or Buddist sculpture because such as sculpture was publically obsceen and under Islamic Laws had to be destroyed. If the idol where to have neen in a closed private enviroment, no longer seen from the public eye then the authorities would have not interviened. Its when the item is in the public eye, its as though the Islamic authorities support such idols. We must no loos sight that Muslim do as Allah(swt) has commanded on matters that are clear.

Muslims are permitted to kill other human beings upon condition when their lives are threatened, or when they are protecting others from harm and at war with a clearly definable enemy. Muslims refer to the Qur'an and Sunnah of the prophet for guidance when deciding on any Matter. Applying an Islamic ruling is achieved when a firm understanding of

1. the situation,

2. the Islamic injunctions are referenced and then cross-referenced with other learnerd Sheiks of Usul. The ultimate decision to be decided by the Khaleef who is the leader of the Muslims worldwide.

When taking Ayahs from the Qur'an without

1. understand the context upon which they came about,

2. the historical reasoning and weight placed upon their implementation, and

3. the outcome of when they where applied and upon whom they where applied must be clearly understood before applying the same rule again.

So when a Muslim or non-Muslim make reference to Qur'an or Haddith they must be able to backup their understanding by answering these three requirements.If they can't their understanding of the topic is baseless and a complete waste of time as far as Muslims are concerned.

A secular system has been imposed upon the Indian population by the British. It is a system that is flawed since on one hand the government wants tolerance and mutual self respect yet on the other hand its own political parties hold firm to religious views that dominate over other religions and peoples. Now, in Britain we find many people of different cultural or racial background discriminated against and more and more people are beginning not to vote for a system that is failing, election turn out fall every four years. In the history of the Indian subcontinent never has their been peace for long periods of time than under the authority of Islam. Islam is unique ideology since it recognises other religions and cultures and brings them successfully under the umbrella of Islam, that the creator has ordained. Muslims are permitted to follow Islam period,

Muslims pledge allegiance to no current government on this planet and that includes PAKISTANI, Saudi or Indian governments. Muslims follow that which Allah(swt) has commanded in the Qur'an and the Sunnah(saaw) period!

Muslims living in Pakistan do not see India as their great enemy, this is American and British propaganda making the world believe in something that really isn't their. Let me explain, the Muslims in Pakistan must do that which Allah(swt) has commanded them to do. Most of India is on Muslim land, i.e land that had been liberated by Islam previously and as Muslims must return this land that has been occupied back to the authority of Muslims under the banner of an Islamic state. This must be done since not doing so will mean a disgraceful end and the anger of Allah(Swt) on the day or judgement. There is no middle ground and Muslims are not permitted under any duress to compromise, the land in India must be returned to a state of Islamic authority. The Muslims of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan must work to complete this task. As for the Hindos who live in India, they will become citizens of the Islamic state like before the British invaded (by pillaging the land) and will be protected by the Islamic state. The greater majority of hindoos will gain so much, they cant even imagine! Inshallah they will be given a choice, unlike today where their lifestyles are dictated to them as slaves (reference made to majority living in rural areas). So for the record. the Muslims living in a region called Pakistan have a divine obligation to fight those that have taken away their rights on Muslim land and have occupied Muslim land and impose a system other than Islam on the people.

NB: Even if all the people in the land where 100% kaffir the land is still to be returned to an Islamic authority (Khilafah).

Muslims residing in India or anyother kaffir country i.e those that are not under the authority of Muslims say Britain, USA, Europe, India, China, Russia etc. are not permitted to join these governments in ANY of its departments, the police force , the armed forces or its navy. This is an Islamic verdict on the subject matter and their is no compromise(not even for financial gain). In time of War, the Muslims in India are not permitted to fight against Muslims from any corner of the globe - they can help their brotheren either financially or physically like a good brother is expected to do in time of help. Muslims refer to the Qur'an and the Sunnah for answers and not the Indian Mushrik or illlumi Pakistani primeminister!

Hindo's are classified as Mushiriks, i,e they worship the elements - but from the Islamic Shariah definition of Kaffir any non-Muslim is classed as Kaffir so Hindoo's are indeed Kaffir. Keep in mind the answer to the earlier question regarding killing kaffirs and the decision making process in carrying out such an act.

Comment: Iam very thankful for your sincere and elaborate reply.Well can you please explain to me what are the conditions under which Kaffirs like me can be killed? From an Islamic point of view you are Kaffir, this means you are an unbeliever. A Muslim is not permitted to kill a kafir unless certain conditions are met. Some of these where mentioned in the previous email. Let me also make it quite clear that killing another human being is not an act that is encouraged, but circumstances prevail in which Allah(swt) demands that we act to protect ourselves. Allah(swt) does not like the starters of wars and so Muslims use diplomacy without any mention of compromise.

If India returns once again under Islamic rule, and we know it will, the life of every citizen of the state will be protected. A citizen can be a Muslim, Kafir or another person who accepts citizenship. If citizenship is not sought be an individual, this individual will still need to abide by the laws that govern the land.

You will be protected and will be given rights that are equivalent to that provided to all citizens of the Islamic state. There will be no discrimination against you and the opportunity to further understand Islam will be provided so that you can make an informed decision about your life. It is in your best interest that such an opportunity is made available to you.

The Ummahs Council will be composed of Muslims and Non-Muslims. You will be represented at government level where you can make representation. The Ummahs Council is a consultative body, it has no powers to legislate, however it does make sure that all citizens are treated fairly by the state.

Comments: I wonder why i did not get a reply for the doubt i asked you yesterday.Please don't think that iam asking this to denounce Islam.It is only for getting an understanding.I also asked this because here in India i have got some experiences in this regard.Once when i visited Charminar in Hyderabad with 5 of my friends of which 2 were women, a group of 30 muslim youths surrounded us and told the boys to get 'Sunnah' performed on us and asked the girls in our group to marry one of the 30 guys in their group.It was only an army patrol that came along that side which rescued
us. Are these things ok with Islam??.Seeing the current trend, i feel Islam supports such things.

The 30 Muslim youths are in error, they are permitted to invite you to Islam and are not permitted to go any further than this. The key is for them to understand how to perform dawa effectively and intellectually explain an Islamic point of view to a broader audience. This is achieved if Muslims learn about Islam comprehensively. Even though their method was not correct, they are informing you of the truth, it should have been delivered better. Remember - you never stop learning throughout your life.

You love idol worship because you view idol worship through whats known as tunnel vision. As soon as you break free from this your understanding of man, life and universe will expand greater horizons. Until then you will stay in perpetual error and in the sight of the creator a failure. Answer: No, SHE is not permitted to marry you! However, you can become a Muslim and after 6 months SHE can marry you. Answer: It is forbidden for a Muslim man to marry other than a Muslim, Christian or Jewish girl. A Mushrik does not believe in Allah(Swt). If a Muslim married a Mushrik then that marriage is null and void according to Islamic Law. If they continue to act as being married say as partners the Muslim is committing a sin and will be punished by Allah(Swt). Such an act in the Islamic state will be classed as zinnia and the punishment will be 40 wips tied to a tree followed by counselling.(nb: the law regarding zinnia has a greater punishment atached to it, however Islam is a merciful system).

Also tell me about Honour killings in Muslim countries??
Muslims are not permitted to take the law into their own hands. Taking another's life is punishable by death and so a Muslim must not carryout actions without consulting the Qur'an and the Sunnah. honour killings is a sign of society degenerating due to lack of Islamic knowledge. The source of Islam originates from the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Why you might say the Sunnah? Isn't the Qur'an complete? The answer is that in the Qur'an Allah(Swt) makes reference to Muhammad(Saaw), "Follow the Messenger, what he declares haram is forbidden and what he declares halal is permitted" - therefore the source is both the Qur'an and Sunnah. The Qur'an has Ayats that refer to your question, but in Sunnah the prophet has further defined that which is in the Qur'an by making clear when it is appropriate for a Muslim man to punish his wife and by what degree. The degree is very important here because there are rules governing the method used. The method is not to hit her so that she is permanently damaged or leaves a mark(bruises),not to hit her where such a strike is visible and that she suffers from pain. This means a Muslim can only show his unhappiness by slightly touching her and letting her know of his unhappiness - this is Islam a merciful system to live by.

Muslims are not permitted to destroy temples and historically this has been the case when Islam is implimented correctly.

Q. I wish to know about your ideology towards knowledge and education,science and technology, and Islamic modernism.

A. I shall break down the answer to the above question into easily digestible parts.

Firstly, the ideology that is being referred to here is ISLAM, and the definition of Islam is derived from the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the last prophet. What gives Islam its life is its social, political and economic systems that have been implemented for more than 1300 years. The return of the Khilafah will bring into reality true Islam as it was envisaged by the Prophet from its initial implimenation. We, the Muslims are challenged to work to bring Islam back into the international arena as THE Superstate to implimente the deen of Haq.

A strong society is built upon good foundations, education is a key component of this as laid down by the educational system in Islam. Science and Technology is important, for example the microwave that we are so accustomed to nowadays was discovered as a by-product of space research by NASA and many glues used in medical surgery come from science research - so to develop new technologies to help mankind is permitted by Allah(swt). Restrictions are imposed by Allah(swt) in that such technologies should not be exported to non-Muslims states to give them a greater footing over the Muslims. Learning is encouraged for all citizens of the khilafah state.

As for Islamic modernism, I believe this term refers to the concept that Islam of the past needs to be updated to reflect modern changes. The question is whether such changes contradict (i) the divine laws contained in the Qur'an and the Sunnah, (ii) when Usul-Ul Fiqh is applied do not contradict (i) and (iii) that Itjihad is preformed making sure that it does not contradict (i) & (ii). Note that for every law their is a particular style and method or implimentation -these are required to perform any action.

The concept of modernism is a false one and is a kaffir concept that is being adopted by those Muslims who accept being moderate Muslims. Notice the the label Moderate and the word modernism, these are alien concepts being forced upon the Muslim masses to further dilute Islam. Don't fall into this trap set by the kaffir. Remember that the Qur'an is divine law for all time!

A. The easiest answer to your question is the true implementation of Islam upon society that will provide the individual with the correct Islamic personality. Equip them with the knowledge of Haq and Batil, Fear of Allah and Usul-Ul-Fiqh. Once this is established all lawlessness and corruption will be removed and under control. Their will be no need for a police state as many moderate muslims seem to fear. The other situation is that most of the influences of corruption emanate from the kaffir nations who export such anti-Islamic concepts to destroy the fabric of Muslim society. These foreign organisations, states and influences will not function in the khilafah state and will remove most effectively the corruption that is within our Muslim lands.

Q. I also wish to inquire the merit of success that you have gained so far?

A. The implementation of Khilafah must occur at state level, otherwise Islam cannot be correctly implimented. For example, the Pakistani government must be removed and the army must support the implementation of a recognised islamic system . Al-Khilafah will purge the corruption as defined in the khilafah constitution. This method must be adopted and applied by the Muslims of all Muslim countries as a pre-requisite in re-unifying the Muslim Ummah worldwide.

I enjoy coming back to your site over and over again although the other Islamic sites such as http://www.khilafah.com/home/ doesn't have attractive news with or it has excellent truth about the news not covered but doesn't have an attractive appeal to the website to make you wanna comeback to the website like yours and http://www.muhajiroun.com/index.php and http://www.jihadunspun.com/home.php. But there are some problems I experienced! I viewed the Khilafah draft constitution just last night but didn't want to copy the info until today. Now as I comeback to the site today it keeps saying this, " The page cannot be found

Is there a way I can copy the file of the Draft of the Khilafah Draft Constitution onto my disk? Right now I am having problems downloading because I have put it on the wrong downloading source so shortly I will get that problem fixed. I put the source for downloading on windows media player but hopefully soon I will switch the problem to real media player or whatever source you have for us Muslims to download on! Which is why I can't download right now!

Also I enjoyed your Islamic quizzes but as I answered the questions I tried answering each question and some of them wouldn't give the answer until I answered that particular question over 30 times over! Such as on Islamic quiz number 2 question number seventeen, -

I hope he was smart enough to know that you were selling him a lot of trash. How do you intend to get your so called India land back? Are you going to go door to door, knock on it and say "sorry but you have to leave, we muslims own this land. Give me a break, what your going to do is spread more blood. This is the only thing you know. I dont mean all of muslims I have some very dear friends that are muslims, and the position they were put in after 9/11 was terrible. One of them has a daughter and she was put through hell at school. You even effect innocent people who want to work, live and have the choice of their religion. Stop spouting that gibberish of "we wont hurt anyone", you already have. You say your muslim your not, the koran does not condole murder. Hindus, Christians and other religious denominations will live alongside the Muslims as citizens of the Islamic State and will be given rights as citizens No citizen will be asked to leave, they will have rights to their assets and possessions, unless obtained wrongfully, in any case the state will decide through the courts. The administration of the state will be carried out through due process.

Islam as a political system is to take care of the affairs of the people so that in a progressive society they live in harmony. You may find it difficult to believe looking at the present day capitalist systems but keep in mind that the Islamic systems will provide justice for all under the authority of Allah(swt), the creator of all things.

Concerning your emails, we do try to include as many as we can, we shall consider your comments for the future .

We would also like to point out that the American people can live as they are in America as it is not the design of the Khilafah Islamic State to subjugate the peoples of non-Islamic lands or carry out a conquest. Matters concerning disagreements between their Khilafah State and the US government will be done through proper channels. America can never be considered a partner in any respect since Islamic laws forbid this, however saying that the Muslims who reside temporarily in America must be protected from harm by the US government. Trade will be modified, but commerce will continue between our two nations (i.e the Nation of the Muslim Khilafah state and other non-Islamic nations). Places like Britain and the USA will continue to receive exported non-perishable goods and tariffs for import/export would be revised. travellers from non-Islamic countries will be protected by the Khilafah and financial assistance provided including shelter when needed will be paid for by the Khilafah State. Islamic codes must be adhered to at all times in public.

Citizens of America can continue to live their lives as they are doing today, supported by their elected government and administrations. They Khilafah State will remove all terrorist elements including the covert operations the US government and others. Terrorists such as gangsters, extortionists, blackmailers, drug smugglers will be literally removed from the khilafah state during the first ten years of the states establishment. Any insurgencies by organisations of foreign countries will be punished heavily as required by Islamic law. Their will be no more bloody wars at any level both in the Khilafah state or internationally.The UN will be reduced to just its current five security members, while all Muslim states will part of the Khilafah. The OPEC and OIC will be disbanded and the Khilafah will be directly in charge of the natural resources and its distribution. Ties with the EEC will be limited and the US will no longer have any vested interests in the Muslims controlled lands of the Khilafah. The Airspace of the khilafah state will be remapped and treaties with other states encouraged. Space will be regulated by the Khilafah so that no terrorist entities take control and place the populations of the world in peril.

The Khilafah state will monitor all other nations with regard to providing assistance when needed, examples include natural disasters, famine and drought.

The world will be a better place as soon as the Khilafah State is implemented with benefits received all round!
