is Haram to
have a Civil
Marriage! outside of
an Islamic Marriage contract!
Its a simple question, do you follow Allah's(swt)
divine laws or man-made Law? Every devout Muslim will
attest to the first and those that are ignorant fall
into the later.
But, did you know that the Home Office
acknowledges and accepts an Islamic Marriage contract
and that guardianship falls to the father of the children?
Allah(swt)'s laws protect fairly.
Conclusion:
Have
a civil Marriage and loose your guradianship
rights under Islaam.
